Who provides lukypet

The lukypet app and lukypet.com are provided by lukypet, which is not yet a registered company; until it is, it is run by its founder as a private person. Contact: hello@lukypet.com. By using the app you accept these terms. Please read them together with the privacy policy.

The app is in testing

During testing the app is free and provided as it is. Features will change, some may stop working for a while, and testers’ data may be wiped before the public launch. Please keep anything important somewhere else too.

Your account

• You must be 14 or older.
• Sign in with a phone number that’s yours or, soon, with your own Apple or Google account.
• One account per person. Keep your phone locked: anyone holding it while you’re signed in can use your account.
• If you think someone else is using your account, write to hello@lukypet.com.

Not veterinary advice

The care routines and reminders are general guidance for the species. They don’t replace a vet and can’t know your pet’s health. Always ask a vet about your pet, and in an emergency call a vet straight away.

Fair use

Please don’t:

• try to sign in automatically or in bulk, or get around the sign-in limits;
• try to reach other people’s data;
• disturb the service or its server;
• copy or take the app apart beyond what the law allows;
• use lukypet for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Your content

Your pets’ details and photos stay yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the people in your household, only so the app works. You can change or delete them at any time; deleting your account deletes them.

Family sharing (coming soon)

When it arrives, the household’s owner decides who joins and which pets each member sees. Members can update the pets they see, their care and their health records. The owner can remove a member at any time.

Paid features

Nothing in lukypet costs money today. Paid features to come, such as fresh food and QR tags, will have their own terms, shown before you pay.

Changes and ending

We may change lukypet or stop it; where we can, we’ll tell you in the app in advance. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time.

Liability

We work to keep lukypet correct and available, but during testing we can’t promise it always will be. As far as Moldovan law allows, we aren’t liable for losses caused by the app being unavailable or by data lost during testing. Nothing here limits the rights consumers have by law, or our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. If something goes wrong, please write to us first at hello@lukypet.com, and we’ll try to sort it out together. Otherwise, the courts of the Republic of Moldova decide.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top shows the last change. If a change matters for you, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are in Romanian, Russian and English; if they differ, the Romanian text prevails.
